SHIPPING OPTIONS & TRANSIT TIMES 

Orders will ship either the same or next business day (Monday-Friday) after order placement. No shipping on weekends or major holidays. Delivery dates are calculated by business days Monday- Friday. Factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events may cause delays in transit.  Transit times vary based on your location, as all orders are shipped from our facility in Tennessee.  Your will receive an email after your order ships with your tracking information.

Standard | Economy:  3 – 7 business days average transit time. Available only within the USA.

Express:  2 – 3 business days transit time.  Available only to the Continental US states.  Orders must be placed by 1:00pm EST to guarantee same-day shipping.

Economy to Canada: 7 – 10 business days average transit time. Varies by destination. Canada only.

International Economy:  8 - 12 business days average transit time. International orders only.

 

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to or loss of packages shipped using international shipping services. It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with their local post office or delivery hub in the event of a lost or damaged package. By placing an order, you understand that you will be required to pay all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the importation of your order upon delivery. International packages that are refused or returned to sender due to customs, duties, incorrect address details and nonpayment of taxes are subject to a restocking fee equal to that of the return shipping charges and any import duties we are required to pay to have the merchandise returned.
